We integrate techniques from various bodies of knowledge to bring forth balance and equanimity and together establish a practice designed to meet you where you are at that you can take home with you.
Massage Therapies A holistic approach to massage therapy using a system of long gliding strokes, kneading, and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of muscles, generally in the direction of blood flow toward the heart, combined with active and passive movements of the joints. It is used to promote general relaxation, improve circulation and range of motion, and relieve muscle tension. Integrative Massage includes deep tissue work and acupressure to access the energy pathways or "meridians" of the body to release blocked energy. The rebalance of energy flow releases tension and restores function of organs and muscles in the body, whilst promoting relaxation.
Personal Athletic Trainer Our Wellness Staff leads and motivates individuals or groups in personal training, including cardiovascular exercise (exercises for the heart and blood system), strength training, and stretching. Workouts performed are entirely bodyweight based. Each session is comprised of upper-body, lower-body, core, and whole-body exercises, and modified according to individuals’ fitness levels. Learn exercises and routines to minimize injury and promote fitness, flexibility and strength, as well as guidance for general fitness and specific health issue.
Life Coach The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life, relationships or profession by examining what is going on right now, and establishing the right course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
