Lilli’s biggest passion is to live as free as her soul wants. She sees creativity as the way of liberation for all human Beings. Since she was a little girl she loved self-expression; dancing, singing, writing and telling stories are some of her favorite ways to create union and community with herself and friends. For her, being a holistic person is to live a balanced life, this is the bridge for sharing all the gifts a person has. Spiritual self practice, spiritual community practice, healthy relationships with people and nature, creation of intimacy with her surroundings, enjoying beautiful simple things in life…“After doing yoga the senses activate. Perception of the spider’s web. Bees and insects all around. Dust falls from sky to settle to earth. Baby banana nest hangs. Smell of toast, breakfast. What a nice day today. Yoga is to observe, Yoga is to connect. Yoga is truth, Yoga is to talk, Yoga is to sing. Yoga is you, Yoga is I. Yoga is to realize and ignore as well. Yoga is to be, or to go. Yoga is to be in love with someone, Yoga is to be in love with all. Yoga is not to give importance; Yoga is to follow and to forget. Yoga is attachment and to let go. Yoga is to follow the heart; Yoga is to follow the mind. Yoga is to learn from experience, Yoga is to feel satisfied or unsatisfied. Yoga is to correct and try again. Yoga is to dream and manifest and make it true. Yoga is today, Yoga is today, Yoga is today. And nothing else.” An excerpt of one of her writings.
