RYT300 Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
Journey Through the Worlds - Nov 7-Dec 7, 2017
Empower yourself, feed your soul and step into the path of your highest Self.
Explore a fusion of the practice and philosophy of the mystical traditions of Yoga, Shamanism, Ancient Wisdom, Tantra and Sound Healing. Step into the Wisdom of Self (Vidya), as we journey through the Shamanic Worlds, experiencing Yoga as union with the Divine.
In addition to meeting the Yoga Alliance standards for teaching methodology, philosophy, yogic theory and special education, Kula Collective's RYT-300 hour YTT Courses focus on the expansion of our own sacred consciousness. By releasing the stories and holdings that no longer serve us, we create more space to see our gifts, our passions and the essence of who we are as teachers and beings on this path of Light and Oneness.
Once we have connected to the essence of the true teacher within, we are able to integrate the wisdom of our own yoga with the deep wisdom of earth medicine and shamanism, subtle energy systems and sound healing practices. The ancient knowledge of these teachings provide the tools and understandings for us as teachers to weave together authentically inspired intentions and themes into our practice and into our classes.
The Four Arts & Three Worlds - Art of Practice, Art of Living, Art of Teaching & Art of Healing
Kula Collective teaches four Arts within each training program, dividing each day into a holistic exploration of Yoga and Ancient Wisdom. Each day begins with Art of Practice, first lead by facilitators, and later by student teachers. After breakfast together we begin Meditation and Art of Living as we explore the mind within each day and review Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, and different philosophical systems presented through the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads and various Tantras. After a refreshing lunch break, we dive into teaching methodology and practice in the Art of Teaching exploring advanced theme weaving, sequencing, alignment, adjustments, styles of yoga and yoga for special populations. Our late afternoon and evening sessions are guided by Art of Healing topics, journeying through the three worlds of the chakana as we spend each cycle focused in a different area;
Lower World - Work & Service - Advanced Teaching Methodology & Therapeutic Yoga
Middle World - Knowledge & Wisdom - Shamanic Healing & Holistic Cleansing, Ancient Wisdom & Ayurveda
Upper World - Love & Beauty - Yoga of Sound; Nada Yoga, Mantra & Deep Listening, Bhakti Bliss & Yoga Nidra
The Three Worlds of the Chakana
Lower World - Advanced Teaching Methodology & Therapeutic Yoga

Focus on the expansion of our own sacred consciousness in the context of Shamanic Healing, Holistic Cleansing and Ancient Wisdom.
