Solo & Guided Personal Retreats
Looking to disconnect and reconnect to your Self? Our Personal Retreats offer various accommodation options and offerings for you to dive into your own personal retreat experience. Enjoy off the grid living in a small community environment while taking the time to replenish and reconnect to yourself. Choose if you wish to keep it simple with a Solo Retreat and enjoy the relaxing Daily Schedule, or dive deeper into a Guided Personal Retreat choosing the offerings that resonate for you to create you own unique retreat experience.
Solo Retreats are the simple Yoga Forest experience offering plenty of time to be in nature, journal, read, relax in a hammock!
Each day follows The Yoga Forest Daily Schedule for morning meditation, followed by an all levels yoga class. After yoga, enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast and then relax and unwind until lunch.
Restore yourself with a gentle afternoon yin/restorative yoga class before dusk falls and dinner. All meals and classes are open to the community to you to enjoy connection with similar souls.
7.00-8.30am Hatha / Vinyasa Yoga Class
4.00-5.30pm Restorative/ Yin Yoga Class
Weekly Offerings are included for Solo Retreaters when operating, such as community sauna and Kirtan & Sacred Song Circles.
For a discounted rate you are able to join Temple Dance (Q30).
Create you own unique retreat experience with our Guided Retreats. Guided Retreats include and build upon the Solo Retreat by allowing you to choose the offerings you wish to experience.
