The Journey Within Yoga Retreat

What to expect:
This retreat will have you outdoors, allowing the soul to get lost in nature. From a yoga standpoint, detailed instruction will be provided in a workshop style environment so that you can be confident in your form, even if you are a beginner. We will offer yin, vinyasa and yoga nidra sessions daily, however, the emphasis of the retreat will be on rejuvenation and self-reflection. All forms of yoga are optional; if you wanted to simply participate in Yin and Yoga Nidra, you absolutely could. Our primary intention in curating these experiences is to ensure you feel revitalized in every way.

The Venue:
We will be staying at the Yoga Forest, a stunning venue featuring unparalleled views of Lake Atitlán. The Yoga Forest community is full of bright souls who will be dropping into our retreat for special ceremonies, excursions and group meals.

The Location:
Lake Atitlán has been described as the most beautiful lake in the world, with plunging depths up to 1,200 ft., it inspires awe, mystery and self-reflection. Our arrival in late February will mean cool, crisp nights and warm, sunny days.

Group Size: 12-16

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeping quarters will include both shared and private rooms and glamping tents. To arrange a private accommodation, please see ticket options or contact Courtney at courtney@fullexhale.com.

Food: Three delicious and nourishing plant-based meals per day are included during the retreat, with exception to day seven, during which we will do a partial fast before the Temezcal ceremony. We recommend you detox prior to the trip, removing meat, fried foods and dairy from your diet 3-4 days in advance.
