Ashtanga Yoga & Maya Ancient Wisdom Retreat

You are invited at a magical retreat center overlooking Lake Atitlan, Guatemala for a week of Ashtanga Yoga, communal living and much more.

Together and with the guidance of an all-star team of facilitators, we will have the opportunity to explore the full spectrum of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga practice from beginner to advance practice.

In addition to the yoga practice, the week will also emphasize living among community; as we will share meals, daily group council, cacao ceremony and more.
